Two ingredients cookies are simple, healthy, delicious and quickly done. The recipe was created by Barbara Črgar, author and editor of the culinary blog Foodiona.

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 50 g of oat flakes

* you can also add nuts, cinnamon, chocolate or dried fruits

Preparation:

Turn on the oven to 180 °.

Mix a banana and oatmeal in a blender until the smooth mixture.

In the mold put baking paper and with a spoon create cookies from the mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Served biscuits with tea for breakfast.
